1952 and 1953 screwdrivers can be seen with patchy green handles.

Mikael Raivio explains:
The green color is because the painted handles have recieved a coat
of varnish (Firnis), a clear, quick-drying oil, serving as a protective layer.
The varnish has then yellowed, and over the blue paint it shows as green.
